I was recently divorced and in a bind when I turned to CMC. Nowhere to go and slumlord apartment complexes around every corner. I browsed craigslist and ended up checking out Cedar Mill Crossing. The Beautiful leasing office and pools almost had me sold then I saw the apartment! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, brand new everything, and affordable, I was sold. The leasing staff was great and finally I found an awesome renting experience.

If this were a review from an actual tenant who lived here during the time period stated, they would have mentioned that the pools were closed for most of that time. Oh, and probably that they were kicked out of their "affordable" apartment because of remodeling. And that Marni is actually the only friendly or helpful person in that office.

You're right about Marni - which is why she's gone. Now they have total morons on the "current renter" side...you have to wonder about people who work here and have to be hardass all day and throw seniors, disabled and parents out on the street. this place is a total dive - and all the REMODELING is a joke, because the plumbing is still crap, and the floors are still crap, and once a year passes the cheap paint peels and the glue dries up and it turns right back into a dump from the 50's that was never properly cared for. If there are parents who have found shelter for their kids here, great - but don't ever let the management staff make you feel like a worthless person...that's their specialty, and I think they have monthly training to make sure the NEVER show consideration to anyone...the only thing they have time for is to write up eviction notices
