To be completely honest I looked at this site before I went and checked out Cedar Mill Crossing, and almost didn't even show up for my appointment, but I decided to. I was greeted with a professional and friendly attitude, and found the staff to be quite knowledgeable of the area. I really wanted to only spend a certain amount because of my budget and the economy at this time, but after looking at their new 1 bedroom I realized that for only a few dollars more a month I could have one of their remodeled units. I'm happy that I didn't believe everything I read here and went with my own instinct, because I'm now in a great apartment and a great complex.

So I lived there up until last month so I as well think this is either a person who is taken in by the cover of the book or a sales/management person bumping it up. I will say this tho the outside has changed and yes there are alot of new units remodeled. Not because anyone said "Hey glad you have been with us for 10 years we would love to remodel that apartment for you." NO! it was Get the H*LL out. 30 days no cause eviction. Was I evicted no. Why? Because my building was not up for remodeling yet. 150 people were evicted at one time for "remodeling". People with children and older people with no way of finding a place to go. Yes there were drug deals. I watched the WIN team...btw thats the Washington County Narcotics team... come in and bust someone with 15 pounds of weed and not get evicted. I watched the new management shut down the pools and the tennis courts and then told us our children couldn't play by the creek. My child found a leather bag at the play ground there and took it to my friend who was with her. It had 2 syringes and a crack pipe. So dont believe what is written here. Who cares....but after you read this ask yourself can you see mold that is on the inside of the walls when you walk in a newly painted apartment? NO. Can you see the drug deals on a Saturday morning at your appointment..NO and you will not get the truth from them either. 3 Years ago I found on the internet the information that the place was going to be remodeled and turned into a gated community. That is still the truth today. BTW....look farther then this post for Cedar Mill Crossing or even Commons of Cedar Mill. You will see if you look deep enough.

Yes I lived here a long time ago but Im still smart enough to know that this review by happy go lucky sounds so scripted especially the part where she said she didnt believe everything she read here, that sounds so "leasing agent" because why would these people be making this stuff up anyway!!! Its a weird place or at least it was when I lived here 10 years ago. Truth is stranger than fiction rings true here.
