I just recently moved out. I lived at Cedar Mill Crossing for 8 months. The location worked for me as I had an easy commute up Barnes Road to get to work. I looked around and before I rented and I chose Cedar Mill because I was able to see the apartment I would be renting (no site unseen for me). This is the deal I got -- a two bedroom with one bathroom for $675.00 per month. There was no washer and dryer in my apartment. The living room was large enough that I didn't need to store anything. My apartment was clean when I moved in, I did need to contact the office for a quick repair to my bathroom sink. Pretty basic, I saw the apartment that I was going to rent, got a good rate and saved some gas money while I was there. I did contact the office once about a new neighbor and the bass. The few problems I had were taken care of.
