Pointlessly kicked out

Summer of 02 my mother was working with someone in Beaverton who lived in CMC, and when we were forced to leave our apartment in Portland (it was either we get rid of our pets or leave - so we left!) she decided to move closer to work, so we uprooted (I was 12 at the time) everything, changed schools, and moved to CMC. (shortly after my mothers office moved to our old neighborhood in Portland. Such is life!)
So at first me and my younger sisters found it to be amazing. The playground, tons of pools (POOLS!!), a hot tub, workout room, racketball room, a room you could just watch TV and eat junk food from the vending machines. It was pretty cool.
But that didn't last long. We had many many issues while living at CMC.
-At one point part of the ceiling in the master bedroom/bathroom area collapsed and it took them several days to repair it. This was right by my moms computer and my parents bed, and it was raining outside. Lovely.
-For a long time we had several neighbors with TONS of kids who just ran around outside all day unsupervised and just pretty much screamed 24/7. They would throw rocks at our cats, steal holiday decorations, and just be generally annoying during the summer when we'd have the windows open and couldn't escape their incessant noise. One day I blared my stereo for an hour to get them all to go inside.
-CMC used to be the party ghetto. As I got older, I was part of a group of kids who definitely did whatever we wanted. The forest area in the back of CMC was great, we had tons of old furniture back there. But lots of gang members decided they liked it too, and there was TONS of graffiti, trash, and just general vandalism of everything in the entire complex. Lot of drug dealers (I know for fact) and just shady people.
then the management changed a bunch and they repainted 2982 times. Sometime in 07 they forced us out of #81 to remodel and we got relocated into #99. Our old unit was a little farther into the complex, but if you ever pass by you'll notice 99 is RIGHT ON BARNES ROAD. This was a god awful location. Our cats routinely got hit by cars, I could never have my bedroom window open because the cars were so noisy, and it just wasn't private at all, anyone walking by could look right into your windows by just turning their head!
Anyways we watched in their attempts to change to a more upscale place but it will never work. Replace the fridge, add washers and dryers all you want, but it is still just poorly made and maintained.
We were forced to move out in summer of 08 because they now wanted to remodel 99, and they HADN'T EVEN TOUCHED our old apartment. Why did we even move in the first place'
We always paid our rent on time, we were always quiet after 10, and we followed all their rules even as they got more and more ridiculous. And they kicked us out! Well good riddance.
