The positive.. or even neutral.. reviews are wrong.
Management is extremely unhelpful. Last time we had a complaint - that they'd removed our screens without replacing them in the middle of the summer - they suggested that we moved out. They've cut off our water for construction without notification. etc.
The "new" construction is shoddy - I've watched it being done for the past few months. Cheapest materials possible, poor workmanship.
They've cut down something like 15 trees in the past few weeks, and are not replanting anything.
Trash disposal is a pain in the ass.
Etc. Stay away. You'll just regret it.
