I've lived at the commons for a few months now and have very little to complain about. It's a renovated place with new appliances that work great. I feel more safe in this apartment than previous apartments I've had, and I'm a young woman so safety is important for me. The only thing I don't enjoy so much is the construction workers just because I don't like strangers checking me out. The noise is not bad, except for the occasional lawn mower or occasional party (but who doesn't love a party). Management has been nothing but nice to me. I haven't had anything need repairs, so I cannnot comment upon that. Also, as for workers illegally entering, I got a 24 hour notice posted on my door before the english-speaking worker came in to make sure the electrical was functioning properly due to repairs... nothing illegal about that! I really don't get what people are complaining about.

people complain because it used to be a place for low income renters, and they just kicked them all out so you could move in. they treated those people poorly, you probably won't experience that as I'm sure any other new renters will be able to avoid it to. Still, they are bad people out to make a buck which makes it shady and I would never live there knowing their practices.
