I lived here for 7 months back in 2000. The apartments are really nicely laid out and our neighbors were very friendly. This was our first apartment for myself and my 2 roommates at the time, and this was one of the few places that didn't want us to pay a gigantic deposit because we had no rental history. The only thing I didn't like was that the hottub was constantly not working, but that's probably not an issue now. Overall, I loved the apartment community, but not the actual neighborhood. I got a lot of crap from people and dirty looks because I dress "alternative" and had purple hair. I was refused service at the gas station for no reason, checkers at Safeway often made rude remarks, etc. But I suppose this wouldn't be an issue for most people...
