Quite surprised! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I got on this morning to say that I have seen so many positive changes since the new management has take over and was quite surprised by the comment below! Since Fairfield left the new company know as HSC Real Estate has come in I've noticed some huge maintenance improvements. I am actually looking forward to renewing my rental agreement with this new and improved management company!
