I totally agree with the rating about the horrible management. Confused, cold.
Also agree that mainteneince is very short staffed and the people they do have don't know what they are doing.
I have had many things that need to be fixed (dishwasher, leaking ceiling, draft through door, leaking windows, broken toilet, the list goes on and on)and they either never get around to it or fix it wrong! I had to fix my own toilet becuase they didn't know how to stop it from running! Very basic stuff! And it take them forever (many reminders) to get it done wrong! Since I have lived here not a day has gone by when I have not had something that needed to be fixed. And when you bring it up the main girl can hardly be bothered (you get the message loud and clear you are bothering her)to get off the phone from an obviously personal call.
I looked a long time to find a place I like-and thought that I found it. The place is quite and safe in a good location. But with all the unresolved maintenence issues and awful staff I don't think it's worth it.
I really really hope the property managment company reads these reveiws and makes some needed changes to the office and maintenace staff. Hopfully I will be able to come back on here and change my bad review.

Yeah go tobinator you bad ass chick i know those people at hsc i used to work for em' trust me get out they will rape you wit no vasaline they like it when you don't want em' to push too hard cause they push harder awwwwwwww

This is directed to maint503 and Tobinator1 (and anyone else who thinks responses like the ones above are funny or helpful): I came across this site because I am looking to relocate to Oregon and am looking for a place to live. I thought this site would provide valid feedback from previous residents. However, these responses are immature, have nothing to do with the complex, and only make the complainant look like a bad tenant to begin with.
