I can hardly beleive the previous response. I have lived at Clermont for quite some time and HSC is the best thing to happen to this building. They have finally started updating the property and actually gave the paying residents a holiday party. The previous didn't do anything for us. Maintenance is great and actually fix stuff with supplies not bubble gum. The office staff are highly experienced if you give them a minute.

Clearly it takes them a lot longer than a minute to figure things out if they can't recognize the fact that they are outing themselves by inputting their VERY OWN email information (outing them as a staff member of clermont)into this posting. Ya sounds like they really live here. I fully agree with the previous response about incompetent office staff, I never receive phone calls back in matters that should not be of low priority, as I am a PAYING resident. I'd rather have working appliances than a holiday party.
