Not too bad but not recommended

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Clermont for a year and a half and didn't have a terrible experience but I wouldn't recommend living there. Parking was a nightmare. We had one carport and two cars, which is pretty typical, but there are very few spots to park a second car or for guests to park. When our lease was up we were told that if we renewed we would have to pay $20 a month for a carport or risk not having even one parking spot. There was also a considerable amount of noise from the neighbors. A few days before we moved out we were given a notice that there would be a pre-move out inspection but we were never told how that went. Two months and several phone calls later we still have not heard about the status of our deposit.
There were some posivites to living at Clermont. Our apartment was large and had a nice floorplan. I didn't have problems with maintenance like others seem to have had. There were only a couple minor things that needed fixing and this was done in a timely manor. I didn't have much interaction with the new office staff so I can't really comment on that.
I think you can find a similar apartment for a cheaper price.
