I own a condo in the complex. It's a nice place to live with many polite neighbors. When I first moved in last year, I was in a hurry to leave on vacation and left my garage door open all weekend. It was full of household items as I wasn't fully unpacked. I had lamps, a stereo, bicycle, and golf clubs clearly visible to all. When I came home Sunday evening and noticed my door still open, I quickly looked around inside. I was greatly relieved that nothing was taken. This confirmed my purchase at The Courtyards.
