Great neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've lived here about 6 months and it is great. Really quiet neighbors, no one speeds through, all the neighbors seem to follow rules respectfully. I think it's because they are owing and not just renting.
The only complaint I have, that I wish I'd known about was the insulation doesn't seem to be all that great. Very drafty.
Great floor plans though!!!
