A Good Place to Live.

I lived in the Crane Lofts for six months, only moving out due to a change in financial circumstances. I lived on the East side of the building and never had a problem with noise as some others have mentioned. Given the central location, you should expect to occasionally hear the sounds of the City -- but it is truthfully a quiet neighborhood. It is expensive, but is priced comparably to other buildings in the Pearl, and has quite a bit more character than the newly build towers in the area. The management was also very friendly and easy to work with. The only complaint I might have is that the volumetric flow rate of water from my bathroom sink's faucet is too low -- hardly a deal breaker. I recommend the Crane Lofts.
