I lived in this facility for nearly a year, but chose to break my lease (paying all applicable fees) because I absolutely did not enjoy living in this community and dealing with the incompetancy of the very rude staff.

My roomate got really sick because of an awful mold problem growing on her window sill. She gave the maintenance person permission to call us then come in and fix the problem. He called, then came in even though nobody answered, and shocked the heck out of me when I stepped out of the shower and someone was in the next room. Luckily, he didn't see me because I quickly shut my bedroom door.

The neighbors below us complained when we did laundry or ran the dishwasher after 9pm. . .why pay money for these appliances if you have to limit their use' We both had full time jobs, and sometimes couldn't get to our chores until later in the day.

I paid money for a carport because they only gave me and my roomate one parking space, and still had my car broken into onsite and had nearly 500 dollars worth of things stolen. Plus all our guests had to park a mile away on the street, and walk, many times through pouring down rain (God bless Oregon!) to our front door.

When I had made arrangements to break lease and move out, I signed a written paper with the appartment manager regarding a payment plan. She apparently didn't have the authority to make such a payment plan, and I was horrified when they took the extra money I didn't pay yet out of my deposit that they mailed to me, without even telling me first. When I called to complain about this, the secretary told me to understand 'human error.' I don't think I should have had to pay for their errors.

I would highly reccomend that you do not live in this complex, as it caused me and my roomate so many difficulties and the staff is very inconsiderate.
