Getting worse last couple years

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
I have been living here for a while. I really liked living here when I started. But Maneger of this places changed several times and it seems getting worse. Also, If you need to switch to month to month from the 12-mo lease, they bump up the monthly rent significantly like $100/mo and they do not offer 6mo lease. I used to rave about this place to my friends, but now it is sad that I can not do that any more.
