If you enjoy Peace and Quiet, Don't Move Here

I have lived in the apartment for 4 months now, and it has been a terrible experience from the start.
* The apartments are poorly built with no sound insulation. We can here every step our neighbors above us take, and can even make out the words being spoken on their TV. We have to sleep with earplugs due to the excessive amount of noise.
* Carpet is cheap and unpadded and appliances are of poor quality. Appliances generally aren't great in apartments, however with rent as high as it is at Crescent Hill, they should be of better quality.
* They add $72/month for water and charge you $15 for a carport.
* No visitor cars can park in the complex, so visitors will have to park on the street and walk. If the high school is having an event, the street will be full and there is nowhere for guests to park. There is no area to wash your car so you will also have to pay for car washes.
* The office staff does not makes next to no effort to remedy problems and frequently leaves early. Additionally they "overlook" things frequently. When we moved in the apartment hadn't been cleaned or inspected.
In all, this apartment is overpriced, aging, and poorly maintained. It may sound nitpicky, but I've lived n several apartments over the years all of varying quality and, and these apartments are the worst as well as the most expensive. We can't wait until our lease is up!!!
