When first moving into Crescent Hill, everything was going great. It was a quiet community (a lot of elderly people and young business professional couples), which is what we wanted. Then came winter and mold kept popping up all over the bedroom. All the management and maintenance said was "we can't do anything, be sure to get it real good with some bleach". Then we got a leak in our window, which took days to fix. Also, our neighbor's car got stolen right outside our bedroom window! The police did nothing to recover it, as our neighbors found it 2 weeks later in a parking lot nearby. After the first year, a new manager came in. She was completely uptight and fake. We moved out after our lease was up, and got slapped with $1000 move out fee. They kept our $500 deposit, and demanded $500 for cleaning and re carpeting, to which they sited cat urine was everywhere. The "cat urine" on the "baseboards" was actually MOLD stains that they neglected to take care of. I was actually recommending Crescent Hill to friends, until POOR management came in, and left us with a bitter taste of that property. Stay away, unless you want to get slapped with outrageous move out fees.
