Far Below Minimum Standards Of Living

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Very old and run down complex. Management does not fix problems with apartments. ie. Holes in walls, broken bedroom doors, leaky faucets and tub, broken light fixtures, old, broken appliences etc. Lots of drug traffic. Lots of screaming, undisciplined children. Noise all hours. Overpriced.
