Be Careful Renting Here

If you rent an apartment at Crown East be careful.

The maintenance is decent and quick, but Dave (the manager) tends to like to get into your business quite a bit.

Also DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT CLOSE TO 913-4 or 913-5.

There is an elderly lady that has caused several tenants to move out due to her behavior of going outside and yelling at people at night.
