I lived here a few years ago, but sounds like the same management is in place if it's David S. Totally seemed nice and made it seem like he was pulling strings to get my roommate and I in, but once we were on a lease he did not care about our concerns. A guest of ours parked in a neighbor's vacant spot (a spot that was NEVER filled) and the management allowed our car to be towed without even asking us to move the vehicle first! (I believe we had 1 parking space for our 2 bedroom apartment.)

We were given a quote of around $20 a month for W/S/G, which ended up being more like $50 - Wish we'd gotten that one in writing. Also, moving in and mentioned that we liked to entertain. We were told small gatherings were fine, but every time we had 2 people over, someone would report us for noise, regardless of time of day or day of week. Meanwhile, upstairs neighbors stomped around at 4am and nothing was ever done about it.

The laundry center is a rape waiting to happen, but not too different than most apartment laundry facilities. The apartments themselves are decent, never had any problems that I can recall. Good location too (close to MAX and shopping, safe enough area) but the management and bitter old neighbors ruin it.
