Deveraux Glen is horrible. The rent is overpriced, there is NO parking, they charge outrageous amounts for sewer, garbage and water. They don't even give each apartment one carport...they ding and charge for anything and EVERYTHING they can. The construction noise starts around 6 am. (Yelling, sawing, hammering etc) The walls and ceilings are paper thin, not "the latest technology" as we were told during tour. The grounds are littered with construction garbage. The pool is always crowded, often times with NON-residents, of course no one does anything to enforce the rules or keep non-residents out. The gym is tiny, for the size of the "community". The location is great, but move up the hill to a more reasonable area. You could rent a house for cheaper. This place looks very appealing at first glance, but you'll HATE it after move in.

Oh yes, we HATED it after we moved in! Try living next to the garbage compactor! We haven't slept since Apr 07. Starts at 6am doesn't end til 3pm 7 days a week............. WE HATE DEVERAUX GLEN. We need to ban together, and stop this beast!
