I have been living here for about a year. Originally I signed into a one year lease for a ONE BEDROOM aparmtnent for a little over $840 a month. (Note this does not include any utilities, I pay for Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Electiricty through the utility companies). The mangement are now raising the rent of the one bedroom apartments to around 995$ PER MONTH FOR A ONE BEDROOM aparmtent! I would be insane to stay here.

When I first moved in, construction was going on in my building and I was assured that it would be finished within the month, well it is now a YEAR since I moved in and they are just now getting around to fixing and finishing the painting of our building. There has been loud, dusty, noisy construction going on the whole time I have lived here, often starting at 6 in the morning.

There has NEVER been a good parking situation. there are MAYBE 20 spots total for 40-50 apartments. The max is UP A GIGANTIC HILL that is not very fun to walk up in the snow, and the rain. Also the parking at Sunset Transit Center is really bad, so forget about driving in the mornings, if you want to take MAX you will pretty much be forced to walk since the Shuttle doesnt pick up people in this area, and there arent really any bus stops near the apartment complex.

Now that they have finished construction of the other buildings I can often hear my neighbors conversations ACROSS THE STREET FROM THEM.

This place is way too much for the crap that you get, I consistantly have trouble with my sink, and electrical outlets. It seems like they are putting nice paint on ordinary apartments and trying to sell them as a "Luxury Item"

Which is why I'm moving out! Goodbye forever Deveraux Glen!
