Deveraux Glen never told me I would not be able to find parking on the premesis unless I paid $50/month. I feel as though they are money/hungry and do not care for their resident's safety. If I wanted parking issues, I would have moved to the downtown area.
The management is really great and the fitness room is awesome, but the whole parking situation is extrememly stressful.
