When returning any time after 6pm - or at weekends - there is NOWHERE to park. There will be 500 dwellings eventually, which represents at least 500 cars and more where there are 2/3 bedroom apartments and houses.
This does not take into account visitors. In the winter this could mean a very long walk in the cold and rain. This has completely spoiled enjoyment of a beautiful complex. When completed some tenants may have to park one or two streets away! Surely there was some regulation regarding parking places? I feel this developer has
spoiled what could have been a wonderful living experience.

It wasn't an accident that there are too few parking spots. It was done purposely so you are forced to purcase an expensive carport. Riverstone/Trammell Crow does this at all of there properties...just one of there tyricky tactics.
