I feel like I was mislead when I signed my lease. I wasn't told that I was going to wake up to construction at 7am sharp everyday. I wasn't told that there was not even close to ample parking. During the day the construction workers fill up the parking on the street that is most of the free parking. At night if people aren't considerate 5 cars can take up the whole side of a street. So you cant leave for fear of losing your spot. There has been construction so close to my apartment that it sounded like they were actually in my apt.
