In this area of town, one can find a much cheaper apartment for the space minus the "modern" amenities. If you are looking for a brand new apartment with a clean, fresh look, you may be sucked into DG but beware! Before signing a lease, I was lied to about the parking situaion (not nearly enough for everyone and you are essentially forced to purchase a garage or carport OR take the risk everyday of being towed by parking illegally), promised numerous concierge services (some came through very late but some not at all to date) and have since found some of the leasing staff to have high employment turnover and fake/dishonest personalities. All it takes is a little bit of asking around (three groups of friends in the complex) and you'll find most here are disenchanted with the facade of high class living. The place is less than one year old and it is constantly falling apart (light fixtures wiring is bad, veneer coming off cabinets, heaters and windows breaking, doors are not airtight) and YOU CAN HEAR your neighbor's phone ringing like its in your own house. The maintenance staff overall is very rude as well, they have a philosophy of telling the customer the problem is their fault, when most times it is clearly due to quick, shoddy construction.

If you're into image for lots of money but low quality overall then this may be the place for you . . . otherwise move downtown for the same money (apartment may be smaller) but definitely more urban, modern and hip!
