Poor construction, Horrid Parking

They want you to believe this is Luxury, but it is far from it. We already have black mold and cracks in the wall!! Not to mention the carpet has been pulling up since day one. The maintenance crew is wonderful, but we have to call them monthly for things.
Parking is the worst situation ever. They only allowed 1.5 spots per apartment (and they have up to 4 bedroom apts) and this INCLUDES carports ($100 a month) and garages. This is the figure the leasing agents gave us.
