Yes, the parking is pretty horrible. But honestly, I always seem to find a spot and I have never had to park at the shopping center up the street. The carports are completely over-priced. Last time I checked the charge had gone up to $55, keeping up with the 'market rate.' I was not aware carports had a market rate...
Other than that, I have been pretty happy with my apartment. There is plenty of space and since it is fairly new everything is still in good condition. There is still construction going on which is annoying but not that bad. They are usually wrapped up by the time I get home from work.
The location is great. Makes living there worth it to me.
