I am sooo happy I found this website, this will be the place I look everytime before I move. I wish I had seen this before we had moved in, in Apr 2007. This was the worst mistake I have ever made. Our nice leasing agent got us so excited about D.G. and made it sound like it was 1 big happy community. VERY WRONG! As soon as we moved in, we realized we paying $1,000/month to live in hell! We had no idea what a garbage compactor looked like or sounded like, but now do we do, we could hear it at 6am everyday of the week through our paper thin walls & windows. We have not had a good nights sleep since we moved in. The construction never ends. The maintenance men are always doing something, jack hammer, garbage, landscape, running around on ATVs blocking cars in. Causing lots of noise. We went on a vacation to get away from this place, and our car was towed & auctioned off w/out our knowledge. The mngmnt staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful w/our situation. Said good luck and basically told us it was our fault, and we should have read the 30 pg lease, that states we can't park in an uncovered spot for more than 3 days! Our vacation was 7, hmm what can you do? Don't we have rights? Now lets talk about the loud neighbors, constantly up, talking on patios at 3am, and the conversation is clearly heard in our bedroom while we are trying to sleep. Constantly stomping, unpacking, or moving something, so loud can't sleep, can't watch TV, can't do anything. We have been begging them to let us break our lease, but will cost us more than $3,000. We are just praying we can make it 5 more months when our lease is up. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! Don't make the same mistake we did. Can't wait til this nightmare ends. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I agree 100% with you! I have to pay $4300 for breaking my lease... long story... but I definitely don't recommend the place.

I'm sorry to hear that! Thats alot of money, $4,300, extremly unfair. Well, if u are lookin for another apt, we moved to 185th & Cornell, to The Lakes Apts, and WE LOVE IT! Much quieter, managment very nice & helpful, everyone gets 1 assigned parking spot for free, and there is ALOT of visitor parking, the only noise u hear is the birds. SERIOUSLY! Check it out if u can. & get an apt on the 2nd floor, it feels like u r living in a tree house. GOOD LUCK!
