I've lived here for several months now and the parking is awful, our garage is forever away, and the noise is rediculous. I've noticed you can get a lot more for your money going elsewhere. I don't care if it's SW Portland, paying $1200 a month for only a so-so apartment is not worth my time. Won't be re-signing the lease.

I here ya! We have a 2 bedroom that is a cheap piece of s#!t!!! We hate it here. You are right, who cares if its SW, its not DOWNTOWN, like the apt managers want you to think. And the noise, don't let me get started on that topic. We also will NOT be renewing our lease! Good luck on finding a better place to live. It won't be hard to find a better place than Deveraux Glen !!!!!
