This place is very much overrated, I've lived here 10 months and am looking forward to moving on. Parking is ridiculous...if you don't get home before 6 during the week, good luck finding a spot even close to your apartment. I've had to park 5-10 mins away (up in Peterkordt Townhomes)...not the end of the world perhaps, but certainly not convenient for those of us who are in school or have other reasons to bring us home later in the evening after 10pm. I've lived in several apts. and I've never had to deal with a parking situation like this...poorly planned and really should be absolutely unacceptable. Sure, you can pay $55 or so to get a carport, but even then it will likely be a good hike to get to your "assigned" spot. That is my biggest complaint about this place...beyond that, the construction is shoddy, granted there is a certain amount of standard apartment living noise to expect, but I personally don't believe that being able to hear my neighbor snoring at night is included in that.

For the money i'm spending for a 1BR, I am not getting anywhere close to a fair return on my $$...I would encourage those looking here to look elsewhere, in 1 month that is what i'm doing and I won't be looking back.
