I moved into Deveraux Glen in May of 2007. It was by far the nicest community I visisted when moving. And, I received 2 months free rent!

I also receive a lot of packages, and it was so nice to never have to go to UPS or FedEx to get them. There was always a note on my door from UPS or FedEx and I just went to the leasing office to pick them up!

Pros and Cons:

PROS
1. The office staff have been very friendly and helpful. They are always willing and able to answer questions, and do their best to work with your needs.
2. Beautiful new apartments! Great floorplan, full size washer and dryer. New appliances!! High ceilings!
3. Safe community.

CONS:
1. I'm a bit noise sensitive so from time to time I had issues being able to hear my neighbors through the walls, but it was far better than my previous apartment.
2. Parking is difficult, so I do recommend getting a unit with a garage or paying for a covered spot. I wasn't thrilled about paying 50/mo for parking, but it turned out to be worth it.

Overall:
This has been a great place to live and I am only moving because I am being relocated. I would definitely stay here if given the option.

I lived here for over a year and really never had any problems worth complaining about. I'm definitely sad to be moving and hope my new apartment community will be as nice!
