I lived here for a year and couldn't wait to get out! I was one of the first tenants and it was OK at first because I could park my car-then as it filled up, I would have to search for a faraway spot or park on the street. $55.00 a month for a tin shack to park under was not worth it.
WAY too expensive. Loud neighbors. Cigarette butts everywhere. Dog turds on the walking path. It was like living with a bunch of lowlifes. I don't know how the 20 something slobs afforded this place!
Amenities tiny for a place this large. I complained to managemnt about a free for all party at the pool one sat night with major underage drinking, carousing, garbage and bottles, and they didn't even care! There is no one on site after hours and the snotty staff couldn't give a rip what goes on-they don't live there.

We had the same issue w/parties at the pool/hot tub (when it worked). We found out that one of the parties was actually be hosted by one of the management. They do live on site, as we found, but are not aloud to be bothered no matter what. A large water main broke by the townhomes, and after several of us had called, it took 3 hours for them to respond, and now the driveway is ruined, and bumpy. Nothing but parties, and way to fast drivers that speed by, almost hitting my son one day. We can't even take him on a walk with out having to worry about his safety. 30 in a parking lot is way to fast. They told us 3 more months of construction, but it was more like 9, and the constant issue of the crane being up at our windows, and taking up free parking was a battle. We had made several calls to managment when it got bad, but nothing was ever done. We even called about a car battery that looked as it had been on fire, sitting next to the mail boxes, they told us we had to call maintenance, so we did, they told us we had to call management, we called them back, they said they would take care of it. An battery with exposed battery juice sat there for 2 weeks, right where I see kids play. A tree on the street side caught on fire (from a cigarette), my neighbor put it out, but left the white frost from the fire extinguisher dust, could clean it up out of the dirt since u cant hook up a hose to the faucets, so he called and let management know, they never cleaned it, eventually the gardeners cleaned it when they weeded the bark, as they removed all the dead brush, (almost a month later). As soon as our lease is up, we will be moving. I Do NOT SUGGEST MOVING IN HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE TO HERE YOUR NEIGHBORS VERY CONVERSATION AND YOU DON"T CARE ABOUT PARTIES AND CAR TOWING.
