My husband and I lived at the Deveraux Glen for a year and we were in a townhome. We paid a very high price for a piece of garbage that was put together horribly and we had very loud neighbors on both sides of us. The neighbors that had the apartment next to our master bedroom were pretty loud and when you were in our bedroom it was like they were in the same room with you. We could hear every conversation word for word. I slept downstairs the entire time and my husband used the other room with fans going on constantly to try to drown out the noise. The construction is horrible. There were broken pieces of wood under our kitchen counter that were just left there when the place was built and never fixed. Also, we found out that our neighbors had mice/rats in their place and we could hear chewing and clawing of wood under our living room floor. We never had a problem with the staff as a whole, just the apartment was shabbily built and way overpriced.

I can hear my neighbor snoring at night. Walls are pretty thin.
