I moved into Deveraux Glen a month ago and it keeps getting better.
1) At night I can't hear a sound though I DO have neighbors above and below me.
2) The quality of tenants is great! All that I have met are friendly young
professionals that are nice, however they like their privacy too.
3) The staff is very accommodating! All have been wonderfully receptive to any questions we have had.
4) The location could not be better! A few minutes into downtown, and only 10 minutes to my job in Hillsboro.

This was definitely written by a member of the Riverstone Residential group. Stay away from this place. The staff is horrible while the apartments look nice on the tour, they quickly fall apart after a few months and you will get stuck with the bill.
