We had a flood in our apartment after about a month of living here and they were right there getting someone in to mop up the mess. They had to dry it out quickly so it wouldn't mold. After about a month after the flood our carpet started unraveling and I requested to get new carpet. They said they would replace it and they did. For the most we're pretty happy there.
