A very peaceful and serene place to live. Now with the large wall blocking view of I-205(only a good thing if wanted to look out and see what traffice was like), it is even more quiet and more hidden. WATERMARK?s(now WELLINGTON SQUARE)problems overflow alot to the outside parking. my old g/f got her car broken into TWICE in a week. and this car was a beater let me tell you. The GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN. MOSES(GATEGUARD) RULES. The one bedrooms rule except the fact that the w/d is in your bedroom closet(one of them). but my recommendation is to get one of those cheap accordian doors and section it off.(you?ll see what i mean). good management, good neighbors, and quick access to all your needs.

MOSES (the security guard) does walk around every two hours on various nights so no one knows when he'll be there, he knows your name and will come to your apartment if you causing trouble and work with ya not just send you a notice three days later like so many scared apartments are doing. he caught someone going into my car, and clubbed them. it was cool.
