I have lived here for three years and have regretted the last two and a half. When we first moved in it was great, quiet and serene. Then they kept putting people with children in a one bedroom apartment above us. Talk about noise. It took me complaining everyday for SIX monnths for something to be done and one tenent. Six months! that is terrible. Then what do they do but put another couple with a child abouve us, they were noisy too. Management is ineffective and uninformed. Just an example, when we moved in we paid all of our deposits including pet deposit because we have pets, two years after we moved in and about three management teams later we get a notice that the office has just been alerted that we have animals and we need to pay our deposits or get rid of the animals. They never seem caught up on anything, it takes forever to get work done if something breaks, there is mold in every apartment that you can't get rid of...which I am allergic to....They keep sending you notices that they are going to raise your rent but the price they tell you is the price you are already paying. They do nothing about noisy neighbors, loud music, people breaking or lifting the gates. Just save yourself a headache and skip this place, I wish I did.
