Ill probably get a rent raise or kicked out for this review. For 3yrs now the Sauna is always just Luke warm every time I check it to not get to use. OK, It was hot maybe 2 times in 3yrs. Was told it's set @ 98 deg. It should be 103 deg. Mail room has had piss stain for 3yrs now. Dog ---- everywhere and smell of it is embarrassing with guests. Friend broke ankle on step with no light and worn off paint in back. Steps haven't been painted in the three years Ive been here. Seems like hundreds of stray pets that got left behind from vacating tenants. I saw a pregnant kitten/young cat here last week! Pipes burst very often. Ive had three leaks one being a small flood and two toilet floods so far from upstairs neighbors. My rent was raised first year here. They only spot paint interior before you move in. I had old hairy paint above my shower when I moved in. Old outlets. One of mine started arching. Drier had hole in exhaust tube. Gotta love that dust. Locks are old. You will get stuck outside from a broken lock. I have... I could go on. If you're into a dirty life style then this is for you. Its time for me to move. I thought things were temporary and would get better but they never did.

Just got NEW management. That means rent increases to impress the owner.
