For the first year and a half my family really liked living there because we had no problems with our upstairs neighbors; they moved out and low and behold we get the neighbors from hell. From the beginning they were so noisy my family and I thought we were going out of our mind. We have to listen to stomping, running up and down the stairs, kids running so hard it feels like the ceiling was going to fall in. When this first started both my husband talked to him but my husband was told because I live on the third floor I can do what I want. Well for over a year now, we complained to the old management company(new one took over on April 1st) and they told us that we live in apt and are going to hear noise. I told them I understand that we are going to hear noise but we should not have to hear the noises we were having to content with. Well they kept telling us, that steps had to be taken, Well nothing was done. Well once the new management took over, we complained to them and we heard the same thing, you live in apt and expect to hear noise. Well I told them that I understand you are going to hear noise but we should not hear stomping and hollering. Well they came and listen in my apt and the upstairs neighbors were pretty quiet. Same comment as before you live in apt and will hear noise. I asked them what about stomping and they completely ignored me. Well my family now has to live with the nosiy neighbors from hell because they are not there when the noise is really going on. The new property management gave us a letter today(4/29) and the letter said that if there are to many noisy complaints eviction could be coming. Well that is really funny because how can the evict people if they do not want to listen to complaints. Nothing makes sense in that apt complex. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
