I have lived at eastron ridge for almost a year... Everything was fine up unitl the last few months.

Construction workers started coming in to repair some pipes.. I didn't really appreaciate having strange men in my apartment for days at a time, but I got over that. While they were there I discovered some mold behind the washer and dryer, and brought it to the managers attention, thinking that they would take care of it while the construction guys were in there anyways. Boy was i wrong.

First off they didnt do ANYTHING about it until I complained again three weeks later. When they finally decided to do something about it they told us we'd have to stay in a hotel for three nights, and they'd pay for it. Three nights turned in to TWENTY FOUR NIGHTS. That is almost ONE month out of my apartment. Granted they did give us a month of free rent and some food compensation... but we had to move hotel rooms four different times. Pain in the butt.
You would think after a month they would have the mold taken care of. NEGATIVE. they said we could move back in but they had about a days worth of work left...welllll that turned out to be wrong too. We havent been able to do laundry the past few days because we havent had a washer and dryer and ran out of money for the laundromat... so there was a few piles of laundry sitting in the bedroom. they told us we had tp clean our apartment before they'd do anymore work.

our washer and dryer is STILL unhooked, I have no money for laundry.. what the heck do they want me to do'! I am absolutely LIVID. The laundry pile up isnt that bad, and maybe if they'd fix our washer and dryer like they were supposed to do a month and a half ago we'd be able to do some laundry. the management here is HORRIBLE. We had to call them to get any info on our apartment while we were in the hotel and 70% of the time the manager wasnt there and the other people had no idea what was going on. The manager was really bad at returning calls.

I am outta there as soon as my lease is up. they are ridiculous.
