We have lived here a little over 3 years.
The first two only because my husband attends Clackamas Community and we are in walking distance (we only had one car for 1 1/2 years) and he would walk.
When new management took over we were terrified things were going to keep going downhill.
We have to say it was not pleasant the first week, they had planned a huge plumbing project that was horrible and very messy! However, the new managers were very understanding (considering what they were dealing with) each time we had a concern.
They even had a cleaner come and clean all the dust afterward.
Let me tell you, it was alot!!!!!They have been very understanding and we appreciate all that they are doing for us.
Hopefully they stick around for awhile! We Just renewed for another 6 months (only because we could not sign a 12 month)and are happy we did.

You dummy. They wont give six month leases because they are going to raise your rent. Little by little. Six months at a time. For all of you.
Because of the market at this time, owning a small home is nearly the same price as renting. Depending on area. Check it out now. This is the time to buy!
