There has been a reduction in the quality of the management the past year.
Parking rules not enforced.
Many grassy areas are now dirt and mud.
Tenant's cats and strays are left outside and use all areas for a toilet.
Many tenants let their kids play in front of their apartments and it gets loud.
It is hard to ask your neighbors to keep it quiet when they cannot speak English.
The automatic security gates, a deciding factor for me to live here, have been broken for 3-4 months so more low-life non-residents come and go unrestricted.
In fact, it looks more like an invitation to come in and cruise the property.
Especially on the weekends.
The gate is a statement...either "controlled access as promised" or "the management gives up".
There used to actually be a security guard who sat in the "guard booth" by the security gates and watched EVERYONE activate the gate and enter the property on Friday and Saturday nights.

I agree 110%. Don't forget, people don't pick up their dog poop either. Several people wrote bad checks and so now everyone is being punished by getting money orders. I was tired of running to Winco to get a money order becasue they won't accept 2 personal checks. Thay have FALSE ADVERTISMENTS. That is why we moved becasue the mangament sucks and liars.
