I recently was a tenant of City Heights and was very unimpressed. The apartments are very overpriced for what they have to offer and incredibly dated. Old appliances, no washer/dryer in the apartments and the laundry rooms have washer/dryers that hardly even work. The garage door is always broken so the "secured access" living that they offer is a lie. The jacuzzi in the fitness center is always broken. The worst thing was the nosey office staff. They never leave you alone when you walk through the lobby and the property manager is a white trash -----. It's embarassing to see her------------------ walk out of the office to say hello when I come through with a friend. The only thing that building has is a nice exterior and good location. Once you go inside it all goes downhill. DO NOT RENT from here, you will not be happy.

This has not been my experience at all. I like my apt. There's not much storage space in it and I don't have a balcony but I haven't experienced your problems at all. The office staff has been extremely nice and pleasant.

This comment was done by an employee that was bitter and should not be taken as your decision to live at City Heights!! City Heights has gone through a great renovation and has a great staff. And NO I am not the Manager. (by looking at most comments, you can figure that 95% of them are done by Managers and staff... so remember that when you are looking at these.)
