This is in a prime downtown location. The building was built in 1992. The apt. is very nice, appliances are standard. The street noise is irritating but for the location it is to be expected. The parking is underground in a garage which is very secure. You need a card to enter the garage and also to enter the building once you are in the garage. I've found the office staff to be very accommodating and pleasant. My window air conditioner is noisy.
