They had a good staff that was willing to do whatever it took to make this place a happy stay. I enjoyed the monthly parties and customer service. The new company that bought it has made no attempt to make residents happy, they have obvious cheap labor, discontinued monthly parties, comunnity manager has no customer service skills, the weekly doorman is rude and lazy. I suggest anyone looking for an apartment look else where, as I did.

The new company is putting their efforts into remodeling/up grading the apartments and common areas. It's only been three months since they took over the building. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive to residents and the doorman has been at the building about 11 years. How rude and lazy could he be to keep the job that long?

Well, if this doorman is tired to do his job, he should get a lot of rest! Because It looks like he's very tired...
