A great, friendly staff & community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Evanbrook is nearly the perfect apartment community, in my opinion. I don't have a car, and it's only a few-minute walk from a grocery store and restaurants. It's on two buslines that get me anywhere else I might need to go - it's so convenient! The management staff (and the maintenance staff, too) are the friendliest and most accomodating that I have ever encountered. I'm very pleased with the crew here. I had a fairly old dishwasher in my apartment, and one day it died - and within two hours I had a brand new dishwasher. It's that kind of service that makes me love this place. It's just wonderful to live here!
