I have lived in these apts for a long time. Over the course of my tenure my experience has been reasonable although I have had encounters with scary tenants, was attacked once in the parking lot, had my car broken into, and had to deal with managers who were less than helpful. I get the feeling sometimes that the building could fall apart before the property manager would allow the maintenance staff to do anything other than slap a coat of paint on it.
Nevertheless, for the price, this is a decent place to live although the neighborhood is rapidly declining with several local businesses being held up at gunpoint in the last three months.
