Evanbrook Apartments

Very happy here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have been here a little less than a year and hope to be here for several years to come. The apartments are in excellent repair, clean and comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained, and there is covered reserved parking for all tenants. The overall impression is quiet, clean and safe. The noise level is well below what I've experienced in other apartments. The staff are very responsive to any needs and always friendly. The common areas including pool are updated and very clean. Other tenants seem respectful of laundry rooms etc. Location is convenient to shopping and right on the bus, a couple stops away from transit center. I enjoy coming home every day!
